HighLevel translates gift card emails and SMS by locale

HighLevel now translates gift card communications based on the locale selected in the send flow. Purchase confirmations, recipient emails and SMS notifications are sent in that language.

The Communication Preview in the gift card send flow reflects the locale across all supported delivery methods. Email previews show both dummy and actual gift card data with translated content.

Translations are handled automatically. Both previews and customer-facing messages use the selected language.

What it means

If you use HighLevel. Gift card purchase confirmations, recipient emails and SMS now follow the selected locale, so customers receive translated messages.
What to do. Select the locale in the Gift Card send flow and check the preview before sending.
