Method CRM fixed six bugs in its October 15, 2026 release. The fixes cover Method AI, payments, email, App Builder, dashboards and the customer portal.

In Method AI, undoing a column change now appears in the grid without a page refresh. The Process Payment action keeps payment method options visible when the entity is unchecked.

Sender verification failure notices now go to the sender instead of the email's recipients. The Insights dashboard also opens from a direct link, and the portal sign-in code email shows the account's branding.
