HighLevel now lets AI Studio checkouts control which fields buyers fill in. Admins can show, hide or require the phone number and each billing address field: street, city, state, ZIP and country. Name and email stay required.
HighLevel adds a two-step checkout to AI Studio Payments. Step one saves the buyer as a CRM contact before payment, so people who don't pay remain leads for follow-up. Step two collects the payment.
Order confirmation screens now show the order ID, items, taxes, total paid and the next charge for subscriptions. Teams can also send buyers to a custom thank-you page that displays their real order.
Projects already using Payments get these changes on their next prompt, with no reconnect needed. Two-step leads fire the Contact Created trigger, not Order Form Submission, so check that workflows listen for the right one.
