HighLevel adds native chat widgets to AI Studio apps

HighLevel lets AI Studio users add native chat widgets to their apps. Users ask AI Studio for a live chat or email chat, and it builds a HighLevel widget styled to match the site's colors, fonts and layout.

The widgets run on HighLevel's chat widget. Conversations, contacts and widget settings are the ones already in the HighLevel account, and every message lands in HighLevel Conversations.

Live Chat and Email Chat work in TanStack Start and React projects. Voice chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram chat widgets are not supported in AI Studio yet.

What it means

If you use HighLevel. Teams building AI Studio sites can add live chat or email chat without a separate chat tool. Chat leads appear under Analytics, Chat Widgets.
What to do. Open More, Chat Widgets in AI Studio and check business hours, consent notices and spam settings before publishing.
Watch for. Voice, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram chat widgets are not yet supported in AI Studio.
