HighLevel now lets Workflows post internal comments to conversations automatically. The new Add Internal Comment action runs when a workflow triggers and adds the comment to the conversation history.

Comments can @mention team members, so the assigned rep sees instructions or next steps. For example, a high-priority lead entering a workflow can tag the assigned rep with the next steps. The comment stays internal and is not sent to the customer.

To set it up, go to Automation, then Workflows. Create a workflow or open an existing one, add the Internal Comment action, enter the comment with any @mentions, and publish. HighLevel says this keeps internal communication and customer context in one place.
