Pylon's October 13, 2026 changelog lists 42 updates. The main change is quarterly reporting, which can now group by Parent Account and add AI-generated descriptions. The AI report generator also accepts date ranges beyond the last three months.

For CRM teams, two-way account owner sync is now available for CRM integrations. Linked Salesforce accounts keep syncing past import filters. Accounts can be bulk inactivated from the UI while ticket history is preserved.

Support admins can now see recording consent country and customer response on voice calls. Consent status also appears on issues and in the API. Triggers now fire when an issue group is created.
