HighLevel now fires the Meta Pixel InitiateCheckout event when a buyer reaches the checkout page, not when they submit payment. On store checkout pages it fires on page load. On other pages it fires on the buyer's first click, tap or keystroke in an order form. Page-level InitiateCheckout fires on page load.
InitiateCheckout fires at most once per page visit. Browser autofill and password managers do not trigger it. AddPaymentInfo now sends order value, currency, product IDs and hashed email, phone, name and external ID when available.
InitiateCheckout counts will rise, because the event now includes buyers who leave without paying. Events still respect cookie consent, and no reconfiguration is needed.
