Zoho has launched Zoho POS for Restaurants in India. The product handles menus, kitchens, customer orders and tables in one system. The source gives no pricing or release date.
Zoho POS shows Swiggy and Zomato orders next to dine-in, takeaway and kiosk orders in one view. It routes orders automatically to the right kitchen station. A dedicated Waiter app manages tables in real time.
The product also tracks inventory based on recipes. Billing keeps working when the connection is offline.
Zoho built it for QSRs, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens, casual dining and multi-outlet restaurants. The source does not say whether it connects to Zoho CRM.
