Planhat now requires admin access to create or edit tenant-level Memories and Skills on Planhat OS. These shape how Pi behaves across the whole organisation.

Personal Skills and Memories stay available to all users. Promoting a personal Skill to tenant level now needs admin approval, so admins keep control of the shared instructions that shape Pi for every colleague.
