Dynamics 365 brings CRM into Teams and adds 30 Copilot skills

Dynamics 365 CRM in Teams is now in public preview. Sellers can get pre-meeting briefs, case alerts and account updates inside Teams without opening a separate CRM window. Microsoft also added 30 pre-built Copilot skills across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights, according to Futurum Group analyst Keith Kirkpatrick.

Sales Development Agent, which researches prospects and manages outreach, enters public preview. Copilot credit billing starts November 16, 2026. Service Agent in Microsoft 365 creates CRM cases from Outlook, Teams and Office apps. It is in private preview for select Frontier customers only.

Dynamics 365 Activate, an AI-powered migration tool aimed at Salesforce customers, has been in public preview since September.
