A 10-person team pays $650 a month for Dynamics 365 Sales Professional, $1,050 for Enterprise or $1,500 for Premium. Each price is per user, billed yearly. Three things move the bill from there: the tier you need, the Copilot Credits your AI use consumes, and add-on licences the pricing page mentions but does not price.

Below are the tiers with numbers, then three teams of ten that pay $650, $1,050 and $1,500 or more a month.

Basis: prices from microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-365/products/sales/pricing, checked on 26 October 2026. All figures are US dollars per user per month, paid yearly. The page says prices may not match actual list prices because of currency, country and regional factors. It does not say whether tax is included.

The seat price

The page lists no monthly-billing price for any plan, so the table shows only the yearly rate.

Relationship Sales bundles Sales Enterprise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It requires a 10-seat minimum, which a 10-person team meets. Microsoft prices it only through a sales specialist.

Professional has the lowest seat price, and its customisation and automation are rated "Limited." Its footnote says that automation with Power Automate needs additional licences. The page gives no price for those licences.

Premium's extra $45 a seat

Premium costs $45 more per user than Enterprise. For ten users that is $450 a month, or $5,400 a year. Premium adds 1,000 Copilot Credits per user a month, AI-powered data enrichment and sales insights, per the page.

Copilot Credits are a separate meter. Agents built in Copilot Studio and prebuilt agents draw on them. Microsoft describes pay-as-you-go and a prepaid commitment as the two ways to buy more, and says the prepaid option saves up to 20%. The page prices neither. Agents also need an Azure subscription.

The Power Automate and Power BI line

The Sales comparison page marks reporting beyond standard dashboards, including export to Excel and advanced analytics, as using Microsoft Power BI. Customisation beyond the "Limited" tier on Professional needs Power Automate, and the footnote says that requires additional licences. The sources give no price for either. A budget for a 10-person team needs those figures from a Microsoft quote before the first invoice.

The page lists no onboarding or implementation fee. It does not say what partner setup costs.

Three teams of ten

1. Pipeline on Professional: $650 a month. Ten reps log deals, contacts and activities. Managers pull standard reports and dashboards. No custom entities, no complex approval flows. The arithmetic: 10 × $65 = $650 a month, or $7,800 a year. Any Power Automate licence the team adds is extra and unpriced.

2. Custom workflows on Enterprise: $1,050 a month. The same team needs custom fields and approval steps. Professional's customisation is capped, so every seat moves to Enterprise. The arithmetic: 10 × $105 = $1,050 a month, or $12,600 a year. Enterprise adds full customisation and Copilot in Dynamics 365. Power Automate licences for workflows that reach outside Microsoft apps stay unpriced.

3. AI research on Premium: $1,500 a month plus credit overage. The team uses Copilot daily for account research, call summaries and forecasting. Ten users on Premium include 10,000 Copilot Credits a month, and the team's use exceeds that. The base is 10 × $150 = $1,500 a month, or $18,000 a year. Overage is billed at a rate the page does not publish. If the team also needs LinkedIn Sales Navigator in one bundle, Microsoft Relationship Sales is the quote to request.

What to check before you sign

  1. Billing term. The page lists yearly pricing only. Ask Microsoft for a monthly rate before you assume one.
  2. Power Automate and Power BI licences. Find out which features your workflows and reports need, and get those licence prices in writing.
  3. Credit use. Count the Copilot Credits your team will use each month. Compare that with 10,000 on Premium, and get the pay-as-you-go or prepaid price for anything above it.
  4. Market availability. Each plan card on the page says "This product is not available in your market." Confirm the plan can be bought in your country.
  5. Relationship Sales quote. Ask for a price that includes LinkedIn Sales Navigator and compare it with buying the two products separately.
