Outreach
Sales engagement platform for enterprise revenue teams: email and call sequences, conversation intelligence, deal management, forecasting and AI agents.
What is Outreach?
Outreach is a sales engagement platform. Reps run multi-step sequences of emails, calls and tasks, and the platform logs the activity back to the CRM. On top of that it records and analyses calls, flags deal risk, builds forecasts and runs AI agents: a Meeting Prep Agent writes briefings from account history, and Omni takes requests in plain language across accounts and opportunities. Agent Studio holds workflow templates for common sales motions. The site now lives at outreach.ai; outreach.io redirects there.
Who is it for?
Sales, RevOps and customer success teams in mid-market and enterprise companies. Customers named on the site include Databricks, Siemens, Snowflake, Okta and ServiceNow. Small teams that want published prices and a self-serve start should look at Apollo.io or lemlist.
Pricing
Outreach publishes no prices. All plans are per-user seats plus a monthly pool of AI credits, with no platform fee and support included.

Strengths
- One tool for the sales cycle: sequences, call recording, deal inspection and forecasting share one data set.
- CRM sync: connects to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot; the Salesforce connector polls for changes every 10 minutes.
- AI agents: meeting briefings, account research and deal guidance draw on CRM and call data.
- Plan limits in the open: the pricing page lists AI credits, API calls and custom objects per plan.
What to consider
- No public prices; every plan needs a sales conversation.
- AI features draw on a credit pool, and heavy use means buying extra packs.
- Custom objects and API calls are capped per plan, from 5 objects on Core to 20 on Pro.
- Listener licences and extra instances are paid add-ons.
Bottom line
Shortlist Outreach if you run an enterprise sales team on Salesforce or Dynamics 365 and want sequences, call analysis and forecasting from one vendor. Before signing, ask how many AI credits your reps would use in a month and what an extra pack costs.
