Wise Agent Pricing Explained (2026)

Wise Agent is $42 to $59 a month flat for up to five team members — a per-account price in a category that almost universally charges per agent.

A flat rate in a per-seat market

Almost every real estate CRM charges per agent. Follow Up Boss is $58 a user on annual Grow. Lofty starts around $449 a month. Top Producer runs $179 per user. Wise Agent charges $42 a month, annually, for up to five team members.

That is the entire story of this price list, and for a small team it is decisive.

Team size Wise Agent (annual) Follow Up Boss Grow + calling (annual)
1 agent $42/mo $91/mo
3 agents $42/mo $273/mo
5 agents $42/mo $455/mo

At five agents, Wise Agent costs less than a tenth of the nearest comparison. That gap is not explained by a feature deficit large enough to match it — Wise Agent has contact management, lead automation, drip campaigns, transaction management, landing pages and reporting, all of which work.

What it does not have is the depth Follow Up Boss brings to high-volume lead operations: sophisticated routing, team inboxes, call reporting, the speed-to-lead machinery that a team spending five figures a month on portal leads actually needs. The price difference maps to that difference, not to general quality.

The login nuance

The five-member allowance is for team members sharing access. Additional individual logins are $20/month each.

For a solo agent with an assistant and a transaction coordinator, the shared model is fine and the price is exactly as advertised. For a genuine five-agent team where everyone needs their own login and their own pipeline, the arithmetic changes — four extra logins is $80/month, taking the effective cost to $122.

That is still cheap against the category. But it is a different number from $42, and it is the single most common misreading of this price list.

The add-on shelf

Wise Agent's add-ons are unusually small and specific, which is refreshing:

  • Extra 5-member pack: $20/month
  • Additional login: $20/month
  • Unlimited lead enhancement credits: $5/month
  • Extra landing pages: $5/month each
  • WiseSocial account: $20/month
  • WiseText SMS: $11/month plus $80 one-time registration

The $80 SMS registration is worth explaining because it looks arbitrary. US carriers now require businesses to register before sending application-to-person text messages, and that registration is a real cost passed through by every texting provider. It is not a Wise Agent markup, and you would pay an equivalent fee anywhere.

The unlimited lead enhancement credits at $5 are the best value on the list. The base plan includes 100 credits, which an active agent exhausts quickly, and $5 removes the ceiling permanently.

What WiseSocial adds

The $69 monthly bundle ($59 annual) adds social media automation: automated listing posting, branded listing videos, content scheduling.

The judgement is simple. If you currently post listings to Facebook and Instagram by hand, or pay a virtual assistant to, this replaces that work for $17 a month. If your social presence runs through a marketing agency or a separate platform, it is duplication.

Branded listing videos are the piece most likely to be genuinely useful — producing them individually is either time-consuming or billable, and automated generation from listing data removes both.

The cost that is not on the list

Wise Agent manages leads. It does not create them. For any producing agent, the portal and advertising spend that fills the CRM dwarfs the subscription — often by a factor of twenty or more.

That reframes the value question in Wise Agent's favour, actually. At $42 a month, the software is close to a rounding error against a lead budget, and the only real question is whether it converts those leads well enough. For agents whose failure mode is inconsistent follow-up rather than insufficient sophistication, it does.

The inverse also holds: an agent with no lead flow gains nothing from any CRM, and should fix that first.

Who should buy it

Solo agents, small teams up to five, and cost-conscious brokerages that want a complete real estate CRM without per-seat pricing. The transaction management, drip campaigns and stock real estate content are genuinely useful and the 24/7 support at this price is unusual.

It fits poorly for high-volume teams running ISAs and heavy portal spend, where Follow Up Boss's routing and reporting earn their premium, and for brokerages above fifteen agents, where the flat-rate advantage gives way to a quoted Enterprise plan. What the pricing page doesn't show

  • The five team members share logins on the base plan. Individual logins are $20/month each, so a genuine five-agent team wanting separate access pays well above the headline.
  • WiseText SMS carries an $80 one-time registration fee on top of $11/month. That registration is the carrier compliance step, and it is unavoidable if you text clients from the platform.
  • Lead enhancement credits are capped at 100 on the base plan. Unlimited credits are a $5/month add-on — inexpensive, but a line most buyers do not notice until enhancement stops working.
  • Wise Agent is a CRM, not a lead source. The dominant cost for any producing agent is the portal and advertising spend that fills it, which routinely exceeds the subscription many times over.
  • Teams above five agents need extra member packs at $20 per five, and above fifteen agents move to a quoted Enterprise plan — so the flat-rate advantage flattens out at scale.

Frequently asked questions

Is Wise Agent really $49 for five people?
For five team members sharing access, yes — the plan is priced per account, not per agent, which is genuinely rare in real estate CRM. The nuance is logins: additional individual logins are $20/month each, so a five-agent team that wants five separate logins pays more than the headline. Clarify your access model before comparing.
How does it compare to Follow Up Boss?
On price, dramatically. Follow Up Boss is $58/user/month on annual Grow before calling; Wise Agent is $42/month total for up to five members. Follow Up Boss offers deeper lead routing, team inboxes and call reporting built for high-volume ISA operations. Wise Agent is the right answer for solo agents and small teams; Follow Up Boss for producing teams with real lead spend.
Is WiseSocial worth the $17 difference?
If you post listings to social media manually, yes — automated listing posts and branded listing videos replace work you are currently doing by hand or paying someone else to do. If your marketing runs through a separate agency or platform, stay on the base plan and skip it.
What does the $80 SMS fee cover?
Carrier registration for compliant business texting, which US carriers now require. It is a one-time cost, and it applies regardless of provider — you would pay an equivalent registration with any texting platform. The ongoing WiseText cost is $11/month.
Are there contracts?
No. Wise Agent is month-to-month with no setup fees, and annual billing simply takes 15% off ($499 or $699 for the year). Support is 24/7 and included, which is unusual at this price point.
When should a brokerage move to Enterprise?
Above roughly fifteen agents. Below that, stacking $20 five-member packs onto the base plan stays cheap. Above it, bulk licensing and white-label options make the quoted plan worth having — and the flat-rate economics that make Wise Agent attractive to small teams stop being the deciding factor.
