Vendasta shows AI Credits usage now, limits apply January 1

Vendasta now shows AI Credits usage for its Conversations AI Employees, starting November 1, 2026. Nothing is charged and nothing stops until January 1, 2027.

Single accounts can check usage under Administration > Credits > AI Credits in Business App. Partners can see every account in Partner Center under Premium Reports, which is included with Professional, Premium and Custom Enterprise plans.

From January 1, 2027, Included credits start to apply each month. Conversations AI Standard includes 4,350 credits, Pro 5,850 and Premium 23,000. New AI work pauses when an account reaches zero, but live calls finish. Credit pack prices will be announced before January 1.

Vendasta says SEO AI, CRM AI, Social AI and Reputation AI follow, with timing to be confirmed.

What it means

If you use Vendasta. Conversations AI accounts can now see AI Credits use. From January 1, 2027, new AI work pauses if an account reaches zero credits.
What to do. Compare each Conversations AI account's usage with its Included credits during November and December.
Watch for. Credit pack sizes and prices, which Vendasta will announce before January 1, 2027.
