Jamie Thompson joins as Global Head of Services and Support and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to CEO Rory Read. Thompson was previously Chief Customer Officer at BMC Helix.
Jack Nichols joins as Senior Vice President, Product Management for Sprinklr Service, reporting to Chief Product and Corporate Strategy Officer Karthik Suri. Nichols came from Genesys Cloud, where Nichols was Vice President of Product Management.
Mike Conlon joins as Senior Vice President, Global Alliances & Partnerships, reporting to Chief Revenue Officer Thomas Addis. Conlon came from Zoom, where Conlon led the Americas channel business.
