Live Agent 5.71.3 adds message translation and call center AI bot

Live Agent 5.71.3 adds on-demand translation for inbound chat messages. This is Stage 1 of the MessageContentTranslation module, and it covers inbound messages only.

The release also adds an AI bot feature for call centers and lets the live-chat bot run as a chat operator over MCP. Call transcription settings moved to the AI features section, which now includes Gemini for voice transcription.

Fixes include an outdated Anthropic model in the AI agent picker, and FlowHunt "Insufficient credits" errors that made the event router retry forever. Other fixes cover a chat widget start failure and an MCP access issue on legacy, free and AppSumo plans. The release also upgrades PHP 8.5 images to the patched build from the 2026-10-21 emergency security release.
