Kommo adds calendar profiles that give specialists access to their own appointments only. Each specialist gets a personal appointment calendar with Google Calendar sync, booking, task management, team chat and the mobile app.
Pipelines, automations, settings and client data stay hidden from these users. Kommo says the feature is included in the Pro plan, so no extra cost applies.
Clinics, salons and studios often had to give staff full CRM access or answer schedule questions by hand. Calendar profiles remove that step.
