Kommo Copilot now analyzes WhatsApp templates and suggests improvements before teams submit them to Meta. Teams that send template messages can check wording first.
Kommo's Analyst Mode evaluates ad performance, compares reports, calculates ROI and surfaces AI-powered insights. The Kommo AI agent now manages multiple services and service providers within one booking flow.
Kommo also added AI credit spend logging, which shows where a team's AI credits are being used. The Kommo Marketplace gained 27 new integrations.
