Clay says its native Account Agent caught more hidden deal risks than a general-purpose agent in a 30-run test. The test used 5 enterprise accounts and pre-call questions, with deal risks planted in the records.

The general-purpose agent was connected to Salesforce and Gong over MCP. It caught duplicate records in 18 of 30 runs. Clay's agent caught them in all 30.

On a data sync that changed a risk rating from medium to low, the general-purpose agent missed it in all 30 runs. Clay's agent caught it in 16 of 30.

Clay also reported 6.4x fewer input tokens and answers 2.6x faster when account data was already organized. Clay published these results itself.
