HighLevel now opens Ask AI from any contact's detail screen, with a summary card already loaded. The card is built from the contact's records, not written by AI. It shows the last message, the next appointment with its status, the biggest open deal with days since it last moved, and open tasks, with a badge for overdue ones.
Three buttons sit below the card: Prep me for next appointment, Summarize this contact and Dictate to add a note. Dictation turns speech into a proposed note, plus a task if needed. Nothing is saved until the user approves it.
The feature works on iOS and Android in version 4.27.0 and later, for users who already have Ask AI access. It needs no separate permission. Voice mode is not yet available in contact chats. The release is dated October 2026 and is public for HighLevel, LeadConnector and white-label apps.
