Kustomer launches Architect AI agent to configure its instance

Kustomer launched Architect, a single AI agent that helps admins configure, build and optimize their Kustomer instance. Admins can set up routing, escalations, workflows and AI guardrails in plain language, without an engineering team.

Leaders can ask questions about CX performance and get answers without building a dashboard first. Admins stay in control of changes, Kustomer said in a LinkedIn post.

Architect is available on every Kustomer plan, and Kustomer says customers have access now. The post gives no pricing details or rollout dates.
