HighLevel adds Ask AI home screen widget to mobile app

HighLevel adds an Ask AI widget to its mobile app, released in October 2026. The widget puts a chat bar, a Voice button and a Camera button on the home screen. The chat bar opens a new chat with the keyboard ready. Voice opens a hands-free chat. Camera opens the camera, attaches the photo to a new chat and waits for a question.

The widget needs app version 4.27.0 or later on iOS 16.6+ or Android. It works in HighLevel, LeadConnector and White Label apps, and uses the app's language and brand colours in light and dark mode. Taps made while signed out resume after sign-in.

The widget is off by default. An admin turns it on per company with the "Ask AI Home Widget" switch in the service dashboard. The account needs Ask AI enabled.

What it means

If you use HighLevel. Mobile users with Ask AI can start a text, voice or photo chat from the home screen once an admin enables the widget.

What to do. Check that Ask AI is enabled, then switch on "Ask AI Home Widget" in the service dashboard and update apps to v4.27.0 or later.

Watch for. The widget is off by default, so staff will not see it until the company-level switch is on.
