Kustomer has launched a Shopify Search Orders Tool that gives AI agents access to Shopify order details. The tool reads custom metafields, such as product size, materials and fulfillment details.
AI agents can answer product and order questions without a human agent. When a case needs a person, the handoff passes on the full order context and recommended next steps.
Human agents can start returns or refunds from their workspace. The post says this works only when the required integrations are configured. It gives no plan, pricing or availability dates.
