HighLevel now shows who answered each call in mobile call details. The Answered By field lists the teammate's name, or the phone number if no teammate picked up. Before this, mobile users could not tell who took a call when ring groups or call forwarding were in use.
A device icon shows where the call was picked up: web app, mobile app, phone number or SIP. The feature covers regular, IVR and WhatsApp calls on iOS and Android, in version 4.27.x and later. To check it, open a conversation with a call, long-press the call message and tap Details.
Numbers are masked when a call was answered on a phone number. No device icon appears when the device is unknown.
