HighLevel's mobile app now shows every recording on a call, not just the first one. Each recording plays on its own and has its own transcript, so transferred or multi-leg calls no longer hide the part that mattered most.
To find them, open Recents, a contact's Call Details, or a call in Conversations. Calls with more than one recording show labels such as 1/2 and 2/2. Play each one and read its transcript in Conversations.
The change applies to version 4.27.x and later on iOS and Android, across HighLevel, LeadConnector and self-serve White-Label accounts. Single-recording calls look the same as before. A transcript appears only when the backend has one for that recording.
