HighLevel now shows a four-bar connection indicator on every phone call in its mobile app, from version 4.27.x. The bars turn green, orange or red as the connection changes. Tapping them opens Connection quality, which rates Network, Device and Audio as Good, Weak or Poor.

When the connection slips, the app shows one tip that fits the situation, such as moving closer to the router or turning off battery saver. After a call ends, users rate it. Ratings of 4 or 5 stars send right away. Ratings of 3 or fewer ask what went wrong. The rating prompt opens on its own at most once a week.

The feature covers HighLevel, LeadConnector and White-Label self-serve accounts on iOS and Android. A soft reconnect tone now replaces the vibration and banner during dropped phone and WhatsApp calls. HighLevel says call ratings for WhatsApp calls come next.
