HighLevel now lets users view a workflow and its linked workflows together in the Workflow Canvas. Teams can follow handoffs between automations, including links across folders. Connections can come from shared assets or direct workflow actions, such as a tag that starts another workflow.

To open it, go to Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps, select a workflow, and open Linked workflows. From there, users can check asset-usage details to find the triggers or actions behind a shared asset, then open the builder to edit steps.

Workflow Maps is available only to agency users and agency admins at launch.
