HighLevel adds workflow error review to Workflow Maps

HighLevel now shows workflow execution errors across a sub-account in one place through Workflow Maps. Go to Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps. An errors badge flags workflows with errors from recent runs.

Select Review workflows with errors to see flagged workflows, grouped into Published and Draft. The Has issues filter narrows the map. Selecting a workflow shows its failed executions, the affected step and the error details.

Teams can open the workflow in the builder to fix the affected step. Mark as read clears the error badge but does not repair the workflow or retry a failed execution.

Workflow Maps is available only to agency users and agency admins at launch.

If you use HighLevel. Teams can find failed workflow runs across a sub-account in one map instead of opening each workflow.

What to do. Agency admins should open Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps and check for flagged workflows.

Watch for. Access is limited to agency users and agency admins at launch. The source gives no wider rollout date.
