HighLevel lets HubSpot imports filter records by date

HighLevel now lets users choose which HubSpot records come in during an import. The HubSpot Importer's Preview step filters Contacts, Deals, Companies and Tasks separately, by HubSpot created date or last modified date.

Filters can use relative ranges such as "In the last 6 months" or "This quarter", or exact dates with On, Before, After and Between. Conditions combine with AND or OR. "In the last" excludes today.

One click applies the same filters to every selected object. Record counts update before the import starts, showing how many records were found and how many will be imported. Filters are optional; leave them empty to import everything.

What it means

If you use HighLevel. Teams importing from HubSpot can bring over only recent or active records instead of the full history.

What to do. Open the Preview step, set date filters, and check the updated counts before clicking Confirm and start import.

Watch for. Filters support only HubSpot Created Date and Last Modified Date, so other fields cannot be used to filter.
