HighLevel now lets teams send a form as a WhatsApp Flow, so leads answer it inside the conversation instead of opening a link. Customers fill it in the chat window they already have open, with no browser or landing page.

Teams can pick an existing form or build a new one from the Flows screen. A live preview shows the fields as they will appear on the customer's phone. Field types WhatsApp cannot render are removed before publishing.

Responses are stored under Forms > Submissions and matched to the contact automatically. Once a flow is published, later edits to the form do not change what it collects. Teams create the flow under Settings → WhatsApp → Flows and send it from Conversations, a workflow or a bulk action.
