HighLevel now records and transcribes WhatsApp calls. Turn it on once per number, and every later call on that number is captured. The audio appears in Conversations beside the customer's messages, with play, scrub and speed-up controls.
Transcripts separate your team from the customer, so a call can be scanned and searched without listening end to end. The language of each call is detected automatically.
Callers hear a short announcement before recording starts. You can set the reason it gives and choose its language, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Vietnamese.
To enable it, go to Settings → Communications → WhatsApp, open the Calling tab, select the number, tick Record calls, Transcribe calls or both, set the reason and language, then click Save. Recording and transcription are free for now. Meta may make them chargeable in future.
