HighLevel now shows WhatsApp appointment booking flows in 13 languages. You choose the language when you create the flow, and the timezone picker, date and time selectors, field labels, helper text and confirm button all switch to it.
Supported languages include English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese, Danish, Finnish and Swedish. French has separate options for France and Canada, and Portuguese has separate options for Brazil and Portugal.
Form flows need no language setting. They display in whatever language the questions are written in. A live preview shows the flow as customers will see it, and a language column appears in the flows list.
