Monday CRM now lets teams build monday.com agents in Make. The new Bring Your Own Agent integration runs the agent's logic in a Make scenario.

Users can chat with the agent, @mention it on an item, or assign it work, the same way they work with a teammate. Teams that already build automations in Make can reuse that work for agent logic.

The announcement appears in monday.com's developer API changelog. It gives no release date, plan requirements or pricing for the Make modules, so check the changelog for availability before planning a rollout.

If you use Monday CRM. Teams on monday.com can build agents whose logic runs in Make and that users can chat with, @mention or assign work.
What to do. Teams already using Make can review their existing scenarios to see which could serve as agent logic.
