Folk now lets users make calls from its mobile app using their own phone number. Users must first verify their mobile number. Contacts see the number they already recognize.
Folk saves each call automatically as an interaction. Each recorded call also gets a transcript. Teams spend less time logging calls and updating the CRM, and get more context for each conversation.
