Folk now offers contact enrichment through its API and MCP. Users can ask an AI assistant such as Claude to find missing emails or phone numbers for a group, or add enrichment to automations that run on new leads.
Each request handles up to 500 people. Found information saves directly onto the matching contacts in Folk. Enrichment still uses a waterfall approach across six trusted partners already used in the app.
Enrichment checks available credits before it runs, so teams can see the remaining balance before agents start.
