Thryv Pricing Explained (2026)

Thryv starts at $244 a month per product and bundles run $646 to $1,475 — plus a $250 onboarding fee and a six-month minimum term that the pricing page mentions quietly.

The price only makes sense as a bundle replacement

Thryv's cheapest product is $244 a month. Its bundles run $646, $881 and $1,475.

Compared with a CRM, those numbers are extraordinary — twenty to a hundred times what a small business would pay for Pipedrive.

Compared with what Thryv actually replaces, they are not. Business Center alone covers CRM, appointment scheduling, estimates and invoicing, payment processing, a client portal, local listings, review management, and email and SMS marketing. A small service business assembling that from separate vendors would pay a comparable amount and spend considerable time making the pieces talk to each other.

So the evaluation question is never "is this an expensive CRM." It is "how many subscriptions does this actually retire, and what is the integration time worth."

Count the fees before the monthly

The published monthly figures are not the first invoice.

Configuration Monthly One-off fees First month
Business Center $244 $244
Keap $299 $500 implementation $799
Kickstart bundle $646 $250 onboarding $896
Ignite with Business Center $881 $250 onboarding $1,131
Ignite with Keap $881 $250 + $500 $1,631
Accelerate with Keap $1,475 $250 + $500 $2,225

The $500 Keap implementation fee in particular is easy to miss, and it applies to any configuration that includes Keap as the CRM.

Six months is the real commitment

The initial subscription period is six months, auto-renewing month-to-month afterwards.

That converts every price above into a minimum spend:

  • Business Center: $1,464
  • Kickstart: $4,126 including onboarding
  • Ignite with Keap: $5,786 including fees
  • Accelerate with Keap: $9,350 including fees

There is no meaningful way to trial Thryv. The smallest commitment is around $1,500, which puts the entire weight of the decision on the demo and on reference checks.

For a category aimed at small businesses, that is a demanding structure. Ask for customers in your specific trade — a salon's experience of Thryv tells a plumbing contractor relatively little.

ThryvPay can exceed the subscription

Payment processing at 2.60% + $0.30 per transaction is a market-standard rate, comparable to Stripe or Square list pricing.

Market-standard is not the same as cheap when volume is meaningful:

Monthly card volume Approx. ThryvPay fees
$10,000 (100 transactions) $290
$40,000 (400 transactions) $1,160
$100,000 (800 transactions) $2,840

At $40,000 a month in card volume, processing costs more than a Kickstart bundle. That is true of any processor, but it means the payments decision deserves its own comparison rather than being accepted as part of the platform.

If you already process payments at a negotiated rate below 2.6%, keep that arrangement and use Thryv for everything else.

The bundle savings are relative to list, not to need

Kickstart, Ignite and Accelerate advertise 10%, 15% and 20% savings.

Those are calculated against buying the same components separately at list price. They are real if you would have bought all the components.

If you would not — if the SEO services in Accelerate or the Reporting Center in Kickstart are things you would never have purchased — the "saving" is a discount on spending you did not intend. Price the bundle against what you actually need, not against the components list.

Workforce Center compounds on headcount

At $49 a month plus $7 per staff member, Workforce Center is modest for a five-person business ($84) and material for a thirty-person one ($259).

For service businesses with field staff — Thryv's core market — this is a likely add-on, and it scales with exactly the thing that grows. Include it in any multi-year projection rather than treating it as optional.

Who should buy it

Small service businesses — trades, salons, clinics, local professional services — that currently run five or six disconnected subscriptions and want one vendor, one login and one bill. For that buyer, Business Center at $244 or Kickstart at $646 replaces real spending and real integration work, and the price is defensible.

It suits badly anyone who wants a CRM and nothing else, businesses that already have good tools they are happy with, and any operation unwilling to commit $1,500 or more before knowing whether the product fits. Check thryv.com for current rates, add the onboarding and implementation fees to your first-month budget, and compare ThryvPay against your existing processor before switching.

What the pricing page doesn't show

  • The initial subscription period is six months, auto-renewing month-to-month thereafter. That is a minimum commitment of $1,464 on the cheapest product and $8,850 on Accelerate before you can leave.
  • Bundles carry a $250 onboarding fee, and choosing Keap adds a further $500 implementation fee. A Keap-based Ignite bundle therefore costs $1,631 in the first month before anything else.
  • ThryvPay charges 2.60% + $0.30 per transaction. For a business processing $40,000 a month that is roughly $1,050 in fees — potentially more than the software subscription itself.
  • Workforce Center is $49 a month plus $7 per staff member, so a 20-person service business adds $189 a month on top of whatever plan it is on.
  • The 'savings' quoted on bundles (10%, 15%, 20%) are against buying the components separately at list, not against competitors. A business that would not have bought all the components is not saving anything.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Thryv actually for?
Small service businesses — trades, salons, clinics, local professional services — that want CRM, appointment booking, invoicing, payments, marketing, listings and reviews in one place with one vendor. The price only makes sense against the alternative of running five separate subscriptions plus the time to integrate them. Against a standalone CRM, $244 a month looks absurd; against a stack of Jobber plus Mailchimp plus a listings service plus a website plus a payments processor, it is competitive.
What is the real first-month cost?
Add the plan, the $250 onboarding fee on bundles, and the $500 implementation fee if Keap is included. Kickstart is $896 in month one. Ignite with Keap is $1,631. Accelerate is $1,725 or $2,225 depending on CRM choice. Budget for it, because these fees are easy to miss on a pricing page that leads with monthly figures.
Is the six-month term negotiable?
It is published as the initial subscription period, so treat it as the baseline commitment rather than an opening offer. What that means practically is that a trial is not really available — the smallest way to test Thryv is roughly $1,500 on the cheapest product. Get a thorough demo and talk to reference customers in your industry before signing.
Should I use ThryvPay?
Only after comparing rates. At 2.60% + $0.30 it is in line with Stripe and Square standard pricing, so it is not being overcharged — but it is also not a saving, and for a business with meaningful volume the fees dwarf the subscription. If you already have a payment processor at a negotiated rate, keep it.
