Syncro adds eight estimate tools to its MCP Server, so AI assistants can quote a job and email it to the client in one conversation. The tools create and update estimates and line items, set status and expiry dates, and convert estimates to invoices.
Syncro checks that an estimate is Approved before converting it to an invoice, so draft or declined quotes cannot become invoices. No tool deletes an estimate or an estimate line item.
Assistants can also correct timer entries while keeping the original timestamp, and charge a timer entry to a ticket's open invoice. Estimate tools need the Estimates permission, and purchase order tools need the Purchase Orders permission. The tools are available on all plans, don't use Syncro Credits, and reach already connected accounts automatically.
