Bitrix24 removes Albato apps from Marketplace on November 1

Bitrix24 is moving Albato-based integrations to Integration Hub. Starting November 1, 2026, Albato apps will be removed from the Bitrix24 Marketplace. They cannot be installed or reinstalled, and Albato will stop providing support for them.

Existing integrations can be migrated to Integration Hub, which stays under Bitrix24 team support. Admins install Integration Hub from the Marketplace, connect the services they use, then recreate and test their data exchange scenarios.

Bitrix24 account data stays intact. Only scenarios configured through Albato need to be recreated. Integration Hub is also free to connect Bitrix24 with other services, including for teams that do not use Albato.

What it means

If you use Bitrix24. Teams using Albato apps with Bitrix24 lose the ability to install or reinstall them after November 1, 2026.
What to do. Install Integration Hub, connect your services and recreate your Albato scenarios before November 1.
Watch for. Albato apps leave the Marketplace and lose Albato support on November 1, 2026.
