HighLevel added a "New Ask AI Chat" shortcut to its mobile app.

HighLevel added a "New Ask AI Chat" shortcut to its mobile app. Users can long-press the app icon, tap the Quick Actions card, or search for it. Each tap opens a blank Ask AI chat instead of the last conversation.

If Ask AI is already open, the shortcut switches to a new chat and does not stack another screen. The shortcut appears only for users and accounts that have Ask AI.

The shortcut needs app version 4.27.0 or later. It is public as of October 2026 and works in the HighLevel, LeadConnector and white-label (WL) apps.

What it means

If you use HighLevel. Mobile users with Ask AI can start a fresh chat in one tap from the home screen, so old threads no longer carry over into new questions.
What to do. Update the HighLevel, LeadConnector or white-label app to v4.27.0 or later, then long-press the app icon to find the shortcut.
