Pylon shipped 140 updates last week, according to its LinkedIn post. The release adds capacity management for agent routing. Admins can set capacity limits, define exceptions and enforce routing policies to balance workload across agents.
Pylon also adds a Tickets Touched metric, which counts unique issues with at least one message in a time window. Analytics date ranges can now reach five years, and CSAT appears per ticket in the Issues drilldown.
Other changes include an audit-log recovery workflow for accidental bulk deletes and updates, and recording consent and disclaimer settings for phone calls. AI agents can now flag items for human review and send internal notes without staging. A connector debugger shows why a connector or tool fails.
The post lists 125 more changes without details.
