Pylon's 2026-11-02 changelog lists 131 updates. The main change for Salesforce users is an embedded ticket viewer. It shows Pylon support tickets and issue history on the Salesforce account page.

Teams configure this through their Salesforce integration. Other updates cover phone recording consent and disclaimer settings, and conference calls can now be recorded. The public API and MCP add contact merging, issue groups and user deactivation.
