HighLevel adds additional fees to Rentals. Fees are mandatory charges applied to every booking for a listing, such as cleaning, resort, service and damage waiver fees.
Admins create reusable fee templates under Calendars → Calendar Settings → Rentals → Additional fees. Each template sets a name, pricing type, amount and tax, and attaches to as many listings as needed.
A flat fee can be charged per booking or per booking unit (hour, day, week or month). A percentage fee applies to the base rental subtotal. Admins can override a fee's amount for one listing without changing the template.
Customers see fees in the booking widget before checkout and as separate line items on invoices. Tax on a fee is calculated on the fee amount and shown on its own line.
