HighLevel now shows guided onboarding and a Resources hub inside Workflow Maps. The first-visit introduction explains the map and lets users choose between 2D and 3D views. Prompts appear as users explore workflows, so they learn the controls in context.
The guidance covers reviewing errors, tracing contacts, inspecting folders, checking asset usage and filtering the map. Help on the map opens guides for each task. Users can also search Resources or open the Cheatsheet, Supported assets and FAQ sections.
To start, open Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps. Onboarding prompts depend on how each user works in the map. Editing guidance appears only where the user's permissions allow those actions.
