Dynamics 365 now handles sales, quoting, invoicing and customer records for Grupo Madisa, which previously ran roughly 80–90 systems, including AS/400 and DBS. The multiyear project involved 200 to 250 people and more than 2,000 employees needed training. On the first day in production, the company processed invoices, paid employees and accepted customer payments.

The team set up dual-write between Finance and Dataverse. Early customer synchronization could take up to two days, according to ERP Architect Miguel Alejandro Zapata Sanchez, and the team had to balance dual-write with cross-company data sharing. Employees can use Max, a virtual support agent built in Copilot Studio, before and after go-live.
