Pylon published 36 updates in its October 12, 2026 changelog. Organizations can now set automatic retention periods for call recordings. Automated retention also covers call transcripts and summaries, and retention sweeps and single-caller deletions are recorded in the audit log.
Support staff can export all data held about one caller, including audio, transcripts, summaries and call records, for privacy compliance.
The Tasks API now supports filtering. The REST contacts API accepts E.164 phone numbers with a leading plus. Triggers can send alerts and incidents through incident.io.
