Salesloft appointed Stephanie Manzelli as Chief People Officer on Oct. 6, 2026, the company said in a press release. The release does not mention changes to products, plans or pricing.
Manzelli will lead Salesloft's global people strategy. Her remit covers talent, leadership development, organizational design, employee experience and culture. She will also work on building AI skills across the workforce.
Manzelli joins from Employ, where she was Chief People Officer. Earlier, she was Vice President of People & Culture at SmartBear and held senior HR roles in retail, insurance and technology.
Salesloft and Clari merged in 2025. The two now operate as one company with one leadership team, one strategy and one brand.
