Salesloft adds Ask chat history and Teams cloud recording

Salesloft released updates to Ask Salesloft, the AI Knowledge Library, Ask AI and Microsoft Teams recording on October 14, 2026.

Ask Salesloft now saves chats. Users click the clock icon to reopen past sessions, newest first, or delete them. The chat panel is resizable.

The AI Knowledge Library now scores uploads for extraction quality and marks scanned or thin files "Review Required". Admins need the library entitlement and the AIKL Content Quality Scoring flag. A banner opens a bulk review to delete, ignore or replace flagged files.

Ask AI in Conversation Intelligence (Legacy Copilot) now cites the part of the call behind each answer.

Teams admins can pick Cloud Recorder in Recorder Settings to capture calls without a bot. It needs Microsoft Graph API consent from the Microsoft admin. It has no live transcription and checks for new recordings every 15 minutes.
