Attio added two blocks to its Workflows feature: Call recording created and Link record to meeting. The call recording block triggers a workflow when a call ends and passes the transcript to an agent or any other block. The meeting block ties each meeting to the correct record. Together, they let teams build a workflow that runs after every call, links it to the relevant deal and assigns a follow-up as soon as the call ends. Attio also noted that round robin assignment now rotates across an entire team, so follow-ups go to the appropriate rep automatically.
