What is Odoo Helpdesk?

Odoo Helpdesk turns incoming email, website form submissions and live chat conversations into tickets on a kanban board. SLA rules trigger actions automatically, and automations, email templates and canned responses run at each stage. Customers can close their own tickets. A built-in knowledge base and forum support self-service, and support contracts can be sold and tracked with the timesheet app.

Who is it for?

Companies that already use Odoo for sales, accounting or projects and want support tickets in the same database. It also fits teams that want a free single-app start. Teams that want only a stand-alone help desk with a deep ticketing feature set should compare dedicated help desk tools.

Prices are per user per month in USD. The pricing page shows a yearly and a monthly toggle, and the figures below are the yearly prices.

• One App Free: $0, one app with unlimited users, on Odoo Online.
• Standard: $24.90, all apps, on Odoo Online. Monthly billing lists $31.10.
• Custom: $49.00, all apps, on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or on-premise, plus Odoo Studio, agentic AI, multi-company and external API. Monthly billing lists $61.10.
• Light users: $8.90 per user.

• Prices are per user, and an Odoo suite rollout adds implementation work.
• Helpdesk is one module in an ERP, so the interface follows the Odoo suite.
• Monthly billing costs about 25% more than yearly on both paid plans.
