The plan jump is the real price
The three published Sugar Sell plans look like a simple ladder at $68, $98 and $155, but the first step matters most. Standard+ has no AI guided selling or forecasting. Those start at Advanced+, so the $68 figure is worth checking against what you actually want from the product before you get attached to it.
If you are buying SugarAI for the AI, the working price starts at $98. If you also want meeting transcripts through Connect+, it is $118. The list price only describes the product you are buying once you have decided which plan carries the features you need.
What ten, twenty-five and fifty seats actually cost
Annual billing, list price, no discount:
| Seats | Standard+ ($68) | Advanced+ ($98) | Premier+ ($155) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $8,160/yr | $11,760/yr | $18,600/yr |
| 25 | $20,400/yr | $29,400/yr | $46,500/yr |
| 50 | $40,800/yr | $58,800/yr | $93,000/yr |
Those are software-only numbers. They do not include the Connect+ add-on, Precision+, migration, or the Sugar Serve and Sugar Market subscriptions if you need service or marketing alongside sales.
Where the tier jump earns its money
Standard+ to Advanced+ is $30 per user per month; at fifty seats, $18,000 a year. That is worth paying when you want AI guided selling and forecasting, AI summaries or the Sugar Cube AI Assistant working in the pipeline. It is not worth paying if what you actually want is a tidy pipeline with named stages and a weekly report. Standard+ already includes sales cycle management, business process management, analytics and mobile access.
Advanced+ to Premier+ is $57 per user per month, and it buys a different kind of feature. You get data enrichment, news feeds, smart guides, discovery and meeting preparation. That suits reps who walk into meetings with accounts they have not worked before, and does little for a team that already knows its accounts well.
Annual billing and what that means
The published prices are annual rates, and there is no monthly price listed. Treat the purchase as a twelve-month commitment. Get your own data in front of the product during evaluation and test the AI features on real accounts before signing, because the plan that carries them is the one you will be paying for all year.
Precision+ is the exception to every number above. It has no public price, so if the ERP retention and reorder signals are the reason you are looking at SugarAI, get a quote early. The same goes for Sugar Market and Sugar Serve.
Who this suits and who it punishes
SugarAI's pricing works for B2B sales teams that want AI guidance on where to focus, and for companies that connect the CRM to an ERP. SugarAI reports 4,000+ customers in 120+ countries, and the platform integrates with 180+ ERP systems. The Advanced+ price is where the AI layer starts, so you do not have to buy the top plan to get it.
It punishes small teams that want a flat, low price per seat or a free tier, and anyone who needs sales plus service plus marketing on a tight budget, because that combination means pricing Sugar Sell, Sugar Serve and Sugar Market separately. Teams in that position tend to end up with Vtiger CRM or HubSpot instead, both of which let you start at one seat.
A note on accuracy
SugarAI publishes these figures on its own pricing page. Anything quoted here is list price as checked on 6 October 2026. Confirm the numbers with the vendor before you build a budget on them, and expect Precision+, Sugar Market and Sugar Serve to come with quotes rather than list prices.
What the pricing page doesn't show
- Standard+ has no AI guided selling or forecasting. Those start at Advanced+, which is $30 more per user per month, so the $68 list price is the entry point for the CRM and not for the AI.
- Meeting transcripts are a separate add-on. Connect+ adds $20 per user per month, which makes Advanced+ with Connect+ $118 per user.
- Precision+, the plan that ties Sugar Sell to Sugar Predict and ERP data, has no public price. Anyone buying for the ERP-driven features needs a sales conversation before they can budget.
- Sugar Serve and Sugar Market are priced separately from Sugar Sell, and the pricing page we read lists no figure for either. Wanting sales, service and marketing in one platform means more than one line item.
- Prices are quoted for annual billing, and no monthly rate is published. Budget for a twelve-month commitment.
- SugarAI's site advertises fully supported migration services. It does not say what they cost or what they cover, so ask for both in writing if you are moving several years of accounts, contacts and history.
